We have quickly realised there is a gap in the market when it comes to a service assisting homeowners who have to leave their biggest investment empty for a period of time.
Sadly, we’ve had personal experiences of loved ones being burgled, pipes bursting, amongst other problems whilst away from their homes.
Therefore, we have come to realise that if there had been a presence at the property, someone to check through in their absence, this would have limited the risks and possibly helped with insurance.
With over 30 years of experience in Lettings & Estate Agency, I have managed property portfolios for landlords and vendors, advised homeowners on presentations for sale, and successfully run my own estate agency business.
Through these experiences, I’ve seen first hand the importance of safeguarding properties, especially when left unoccupied for extended periods.
