This service provides essential property checks for homeowners. Whether you’re away for a short-term or managing a vacant home, we check everything is safe, functional and well-maintained.
Security Check – Ensuring all doors and windows are secure.
Air Circulation – Refreshing the property whilst in situ.
Leak Detection – Checking for any obvious water issues.
Smelly Drains – Flushing of toilets and running taps through.
Heating Check – Ensuring timers function correctly in winter.
Mail – Removal of junk mail and picking up mail collections.
Report – You will be emailed a condition report the same day.
What it costs - £65.00 per visit (property up to 2,500 squ ft, additional charges may apply to larger properties).
£170.00 (for 3 x visits booked in advance).
Home Safe ‘Essential’
Home Safe ‘Plus’
Our Plus Service offers full peace of mind for homeowners with an empty property. In addition to our standard security checks, we ensure your home stays clean, tidy and well-maintained.
Property Inspection - Just like our Essential Service.
Light Cleaning – To include vacuuming, dusting and surface wiping.
Lawn Mowing – During summer months and size-dependent. (TBC)
Mail Forwarding – And disposal of junk mail.
What it costs - £100.00 per visit (property up to 2,500 squ ft, additional charges may apply to larger properties).
Home Safe ‘Premier’
Our Premier Service is a more tailored empty care that suits your exact needs. This includes a bespoke approach, ensuring your property stays in top condition whilst you're away and ready for your return.
Full Property Inspection – As per our Essential Service.
Comprehensive Cleaning - A deeper clean for a fresh homecoming.
Lawn Mowing, Weeding, Watering – Seasonally and as needed.
Grocery Shopping – A basic shop, stocked and ready for your return.
Additional Bespoke Services – To be agreed and tailored individually.

Holiday Check Service
Make your return from holiday stress-free with our Holiday Check Service. We’ll prepare your home with a light clean, and stock up on essentials like milk, bread or pet food for your return. Need a bigger shop? We can arrange it (at an additional cost and can even meet your supermarket delivery driver and put everything away for you if you’d prefer. Holiday Check also includes:
Property Inspection – As per our Essential Service.
Standing Water – Flush toilets and run sinks before your return.
Extra Care – Water your plants & feed your fish.
Video Report – Video of your home sent to you for peace of mind.

A Specialised Landlord Service
If you are a Private Landlord or your property is not managed by an agent, we could help. We offer a service specific to your needs with emphasis on inspections whilst your property is empty between tenancies, giving advice on the condition and what needs to be prepared for the next tenant. We can also help organise this for you, and you don’t have to enter into a contract. Included:
Full Property Inspection – Focusing on the overall condition, décor, carpets, bathroom cleanliness and garden presentation.
Video Tour & Report – We will then send you a short video tour of your property, focusing on any problem areas (if any) and forward this to you.
Meeting Contractors – If you require someone to meet and give access to contractors, we can assist.
